Bill leads Enovation Partners’ strategy implementation services, helping clients to develop strategies that leverage competitive advantages and then to focus and align their organizations around achieving results. He has vast experience in the areas of strategic planning, M&A, technology and market economics, industry restructuring, marketing and trading, finance, operational improvement, competitive positioning, re-engineering/cost management, and litigation support.
Bill has advised on power industry policies and restructuring efforts in the North America, Asia and the Pacific, and Europe. He also has played important roles on many energy industry technology initiatives, restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and greenfield investments, in the United States and overseas. Also, he has testified as an expert witness before numerous courts and agencies.
