Mr. Mount leads Enovation Partners’ consulting practice. He provides strategic and commercial advisory consulting to clients focused on the transformation of energy generation and delivery. With over 30 years in the industry as a utility executive and a consultant to the industry, Mr. Mount’s expertise includes strategic planning, resource and system planning and management of complex, cross-functional projects. He has led dozens of engagements for technical and financial analysis of renewable energy, storage investments and microgrids across the USA from Hawaii to the Puerto Rico. He has also led numerous M&A due diligence assessments for gas and electric utilities and renewable generation companies. Finally, seeking to consistently achieve productive collaboration, Mr. Mount is skilled at leading diverse teams of consultants, client representatives, 3rd party experts, and stakeholder groups.
